When u experience some raw emotions, u should use it as ur ally instead of ur enemy. Your heart may feel rather abused, so do what u can to gently care for it. Be careful of letting others get too close if they simply don't know how to act around something so fragile and pure. Protect urself...Most of the times, we need to stay on track. Refuce to quit or be distracted. You should know what's important, no matter what others think or say. It's important to not let the words or actions of negative people discourage u. Set limits with someone who's "playing" when all u want is to" work". That's when u come to realized that, It may be more helpful to think about improving the one u have rather than hoping for things that may never be.
When u experience some push and pull. Where in one minute you feel like you should sit back and wait for things to go your way,
and the next moment you feel a stick poking you to get moving. Think and reconsider.
Choose the emotion ur comfortable with, decide through ur heart but never ever take for granted what ur mind has to say.
